The specialist UK and pan European asset management software company R2C has just sealed a deal with Technology entrepreneur Martin Port to become a Director and Investor in R2C Online Limited.

R2C was established over 8 years ago and provides software as a service to vehicle and plant manufacturers, dealer franchises, workshops, fleet management companies and operators helping them manage their assets while improving safety and efficiency.

R2C Online provides an e-commerce solution focused on Compliance, Service, Maintenance, Repair and Accident management. The system allows each subscriber to monitor and manage their assets while ensuring Vosa-approved compliance but without the inefficiencies associated with conventional paper-based administration.

Furthermore, with its new modules for service, maintenance and repairs on a multi-language and internationalised platform, R2C Online is a “must have” for businesses wishing to increase their commercial efficiency, improve asset control and eliminate data entry error whilst remaining safe and compliant.

He has a proven track record of growing technology businesses into market leadership positions. Having known Martin for over 12 years I know that he can help us achieve our goals for R2C, not only driving our growth but also working with our team to ensure the further development of a Hi-Tech, market-led business with first class customer service.”

Martin Port adds: “The R2C Online independent compliance network complements my other activities in the space it operates. I am really looking forward to working with Nick and Laurence in helping to grow the business both internationally and here in the UK.”

Customers across Europe are more compliant, safe and save money by using the fast growing R2C network, they include: Vehicle manufacturers and dealers such as Iveco, Scania, Renault and Isuzu; Fleet Management Companies including Hitachi, Lex and Ryder and Operators such as Dixon’s Store Group (DSGi) and DFS as well as commercial transport companies, a recent example being Knights of Old.
